24 Foundation's New Retreat Program

The Spring 2026 HUB program is a one-day retreat-based experience for adult cancer survivors and thrivers. Designed as an essential space for reflection, recovery, and community building, The HUB brings people together in a welcoming environment where everyone affected by cancer feels seen, supported, and connected.

Historic Robertson Mansion

Rock Hill, SC

Planned Activities

  • 8:00-8:45 am – Registration and check-in (Barn)
  • 8:45 am – Welcome & Opening Remarks
  • 9:15-9:30am – transition to session 1 of breakout 
  • 9:30 am – 10:30am Morning Session 1 (Yoga or Art Therapy)
  • 10:30-10:45 am – Break & transition to 2nd breakout session
  • 10:45-11:45am – Morning Session 2 (Yoga or Art Therapy)
  • 11:am – 12:00pm – Transition to lunch
  • 12:00-1:15 pm – Lunch and Learn, Nutrition with Feast for Good
  • 1:15-1:30 – transition to afternoon breakout session 
  • 1:30-2:30 pm – Afternoon sessions (choice of Journaling or Sound Bath)
  • 2:30pm-2:45pm – all participants to return to the barn for afternoon panel discussion followed by closing remarks 
  • 2:45 pm – Afternoon panel discussion and Q&A Session with experts 
  • 3:30 pm – Conclusion (thank you’s, and wrap up as a group)
