The 24 Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization established in 2009. We believe that creativity is the catalyst for healing the soul. We use the arts as a healing tool for people that have been through traumatic experiences. Our mission is to provide a unique, artistic environment that helps heal past hurts, highlight current achievements and propel our participants into a more positive future.
Catalyst is a 4 day program where we take volunteer Mentors into facilities such as group homes, at-risk youth facilities etc. and help the Mentees express themselves through various forms of art (visual art, music instrumental, music vocal, dance, writing and acting). Each day we delve into themes of past, present, and future using our different art mediums. In the last week of the program the Mentees will be given a choice to share what they have learned in a show, with their fellow Mentees.
SUNBURST YOUTH CHALLENGE ACADEMY

The Academy is a 5 1/2 month long residential "military style" academy structured to promote an academic environment where they will earn 55 High School credits, develop leadership, cooperation, and academic skills, while improving self esteem, pride, and confidence.
